Returns Policy

 

We will offer a full refund on most* purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day following receipt of the products. The refund is only offered if the Products are unused and returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

 

Bespoke products that have been made to your own personal requirements cannot be returned unless faulty. (Please see our terms and conditions.)

Returns Procedure

 

If you decide to return the goods for whatever reason, they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original packaging with the returns form provided. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

 

In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form fully on your invoice and return with the goods. All returns should be sent to the address below:

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use Special Delivery or if that is not available in your district, that you use an insured carrier service. You will be liable for the cost of shipping, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

 

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an item different to that which you ordered, please contact customer services at customerservice@aveight.aero or by calling 01480 420950. Please quote your order reference number, your name and address, contact telephone number and details of the product as well as the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item please follow the returns procedure above.

 

Please note, exchanges are only accepted if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition and the reason for the exchange is valid.
